The Hollywood beauty is set to star in the video for Love the Way You Lie, Eminem’s duet with Rihanna. Actor Dominic Monaghan is also believed to be taking part, with the pair rumoured to be shooting together in Los Angeles today and tomorrow.
It has been reported their roles have been inspired by Eminem’s tumultuous relationship with his ex-wife Kim.
Eminem – real name Marshall Mathers – and Kim began dating in 1987 after meeting in high school. They married in 1999, but ended the union in 2001. In 2000, Kim sued Eminem for defamation after he wrote a song about her entitled Kim.
The pair remarried briefly in 2006, but the union ended acrimoniously.It has been reported the scenes for Eminem’s music video will be “gritty” and contain “lots of passion”.
“Things start off with a sex scene between Megan and Dominic,” a source told E! Online. “Then they fight but end up having sex again.”
Rihanna and Eminem posed for photographs on the set of the promo – which is being directed by Joseph Kahn – yesterday.
