Megan Fox in her biggest role to date… as the blushing bride in her beach wedding

The setting couldn’t have been more cinematic.

Sunset on one of Hawaii’s beautiful beaches. But for Megan Fox there was only one choice of leading man.

These exclusive pictures bear witness to the 24-year-old actress’s biggest role to date – when the blushing bride made a stunning entrance walking barefoot along the beach as she prepared to wed fiancé Brian Austin Green, 36.

Swathed in a strapless white Armani Privé gown complete with a flowing16ft-long train, carrying a bouquet of gardenias and white roses, Megan looked like a textbook bride for her wedding to the former 90210 actor.

The groom, former Beverly Hills 90210 star Austin Green also chose all-white Armani for the ceremony.

In these newly released pictures, Megan is seen strolling barefoot along the beach in a wedding which bore few of the hallmarks of the typical Hollywood nuptials.

The couple were married on June 24th in an intimate ceremony, conducted on a deserted beach in Hawaii at sunset, to the tranquil sound of waves lapping on the shore.

Megan and Brian who had been dating for six years on and off before tying the knot, were wed at the Four Seasons Resort Hualalai at Historic Ka’upulehu.

A local kahuna – Hawaiian priest – performed the ceremony.

The uncharacteristically low-key ceremony took place in front of just one witness – Green’s eight-year-old son Kassius – from his relationship with actress Vanessa Marcil.

Kassius arrived wearing an identical outfit to his proud father, save for a jade bracelet blessed by the kahuna with ocean water for the occasion.

‘They were beyond happy, and they seemed so comfortable,’ said a friend of the couple.

‘They decided a long time ago that they belonged with each other.

It’s the first marriage for the pair who met on the set of Hope And Faith back in 2004.

Fox was just 18 when she met the ex-90210 actor, who was 30 at the time, and the pair have been on and off ever since.

They first got engaged in 2007 before Fox broke it off in February 2009 before they became engaged again earlier this year.

Fox previously opened up about her future marriage plans: ‘I’ve been in this relationship so long and I love [Brian] so much,’ she said.

‘And of course [marrriage is] in the future somewhere.

‘I’m not closed to that idea. I just think If you’re going to [get married], if you’re going to be with someone and make a commitment, it’s good to tell the universe, to say I’m committing to this person and making them my family.’

Meanwhile, the actress has said her personal life ‘keeps her grounded’ and doesn’t let fame go to her head.

Fox was asked how she has handled the last few years where she shot to fame playing the lead female role in the Transformers movie series.

She said to Britain’s More! magazine: ‘I don’t know. I think I’ve maintained the same relationships that I had before this happened to me – I’ve kept people close to me that I love and respect, and I’ve distanced myself from the Hollywood crowd.

‘I don’t go out and socialise that way, with those people. I’m very domesticated, and I think that keeps me sane. My personal relationships keep me grounded.’

Megan Fox Is ‘Interview’ Magazine Cover Girl!

When you’re a young woman in Hollywood who, like Megan Fox, has had a kind of sudden, massive fameconferred upon you—a fame that some argue is not necessarily commensurate with your work or even your talent—you have several options: You can move quickly to cash in on your popularity (e.g. make a record, launch a clothing line, do a reality show); you can go out of your way to make penance for your “unearned” success by signing on for serious projects of a certain artistic or social quality that are ultimately neither very artistic nor very social and don’t actually make any money (it’s very important that they don’t make any money—even accidentally); you can freak out, act out, and burn out; you can reject it all and run away and hide; or you can very quickly become hardened by the entire process. In short, while there are obvious perks to immediate, quaking celebrity (e.g. some money, a certain amount of power, free Vitaminwater), the well-worn escape routes are not entirely appealing.

At the age of 24, Fox has already appeared in two blockbuster movies—Michael Bay’s CGI-robot juggernaut Transformers (2007), and its sequel, Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen—which, combined, have grossed more than $1.5billion worldwide. Over the last few years, she has also done a series of other non-Transformers films, including How to Lose Friends and Alienate People (2008), and the campyDiablo Cody–written thriller Jennifer’s Body—the bulk of which have quickly wilted at the box office. But Fox’s penchant for offering up certain intimate-seeming details of her life in interviews—such as the same-sex romance that she once claimed to have had with a stripper named Nikita, or the location of her boyfriend Brian Austin Green’s name on her body she had tattooed (it’s in her lower swimsuit area)—has provided an entertaining sideshow.
